 totalScore = (scoreFromGhosts * (1 + roomsCleared) * 90/((int)CanvasUIHandler.ins.timeLeft/100)) - (4000*overHeatedCount+1);

This part was totally rushed, sorry. There should have been a larger penalty for overheating, but oh well.
